Agribusiness and Naturalness
Our laboratory has been involved in the food industry for several years to ensure traceability and guaranteed origins (naturalness).
Our areas of analysis range from olive oil to essential oils, including orange juice and honey
The principle is to use the isotope ratios of Carbon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen as well as Strontium or Lead to certify the origin of a product. Metal contents are also added in many cases to help discriminate between different samples.
Our ICP-MS and MC-ICP-MS instrumentation allows us to work on mineral elements and our partnership with the Institute of Analytical Sciences gives us access to other elements.
We can workin the form of research partnerships, single services or under contracts.
