Our laboratory has for some years been involved in the agri-food sector to ensure traceability and guaranteed origins (naturalness).
Our fields of analysis range from olive oil to essential oils to orange juice or honey
The principle is to use the isotopic ratios of Carbon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen as well as Strontium or Lead to attest to the origin of a product. Metal contents are also added in many cases to help discriminate the different samples.
Our ICP-MS and MC-ICP-MS instrumentation allows us to work on mineral elements and our partnership with the Institute of Analytical Sciences gives us access to other elements.
We can work in the form of research partnerships, single or contract services.
